2.3 structure overview
a. The warning lamp is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of GB3836-2000 and IEC600079 standards, and has been inspected by the designated inspection agency by the state, and a certificate of conformity will be issued;
b. The warning lamp adopts the principle of gap explosion isolation, that is, when an explosion occurs in the shell, it will not cause an explosion in the surrounding environment;
c. The glass cover is made of high borosilicate glass. After being tempered, it can withstand the specified impact strength and temperature difference test. The sight hole lamp housing and junction box or ballast are made of aluminum alloy die-casting;
d. The sight hole lamp is equipped with a warning sign "It is strictly forbidden to open the lid when the power is on."
2. The appearance and installation dimensions are shown in the figure: Example
3. Installation and maintenance
4.1 During installation, it is necessary to check whether the technical data on the nameplate is consistent with the actual use. The cable should pass through the rubber sealing ring and metal gasket, and be compressed with a compression nut to ensure that the seal and the cable cannot be loosened;
4.2 There must be good internal and external grounding during installation;
4.3 In order to ensure the normal operation of the alarm light, the user must check it regularly. If metal parts are found to have peeling paint or corrosion, they should be polished with a fine emery cloth and then coated with anti-rust oil. Check whether the electrical performance is in good condition, the explosion-proof surface should not be bumped or scratched, and painted with 204-1 anti-rust oil;
4.4 Fasteners must not be loosened, if they are found to be loose, they must be tightened;
4.5 Non-professionals are not allowed to turn on the explosion-proof sound and light alarm lights;
4.6 When replacing the bulb, the operation must be performed after the power supply is cut off.
