1. Function introduction
Four-wire single and double-defense zone analog tension controller. The automatic tracking program can be adjusted automatically with the change of single tension. Each defense zone can detect up to 4 tension wires and 2 switching detectors. 2.1 Intrusion detection function
When the wire rope of the physical fence is subjected to external tension and pressure, this product will automatically determine the intrusion. When the applied force lasts for more than 2 seconds, it is deemed that the intrusion has occurred and an alarm signal is output. When the applied force lasts for less than 2 seconds , It will be regarded as an event caused by accidental collision and will not respond to the alarm.
2.2 Intrusion alarm function
a. Steel cable tension alarm: When the steel cable is tensioned by external force, when the tension change and the continuous event meet or exceed the requirements of the product design, an alarm signal will be issued.
b. Steel cable slack alarm: When the steel cable is slackened by external force, when the tension change and the continuous event meet or exceed the requirements of the product design, an alarm signal will be issued.
c. Wire rope break alarm: When the wire rope is cut, an alarm signal will be sent out.
d. Climbing alarm: When the detection pole is climbed, the alarm signal will be issued (Shanghai landmark) if the gravity and duration are exceeded.
e. Anti-dismantling alarm: When the detection rod shell is disassembled, an alarm signal will be sent out.
2.3 Self-check and fault alarm
1. This system has self-checking capability, equipment failure alarm function and power failure alarm. When the power supply is cut off, it will automatically switch and be powered by the standby power supply and send out an alarm signal.
2. The system has RS485 bus communication function, which can provide equipment fault information, intrusion location and system working status to the remote host in real time. Once the defense zone is triggered to alarm, the front-end linkage output port will link the lights and other auxiliary equipment, and upload the alarm information Alarm center.

3.1 Product composition
The intelligent tension electronic fence system is composed of front-end equipment (front-end metal structure and electronic part), terminal electronic part and accessory part. The front-end equipment is composed of control rods, force rods, support rods, steering rods, steel cables, tightening devices, lightning arresters, warning signs, tension control modules, and signal auxiliary modules. The terminal alarm center is composed of: alarm control host, PC, alarm management software, backup power supply and other electronic parts.
3.2 Front-end metal structure components
It is composed of a control rod, a force rod, a support rod, a steering rod, a steel cable, a tightener, and a lightning arrester.
Control rods, force rods, support rods, and steering rods are important components of the structure's tension cables, which are mainly used to bear the tension and support force cables borrowed from the tension controller.
Wire rope: It is the main component of the physical fence net.
Device: It is the adjustment component for the tension of the steel cable, and its function is to adjust the initial force value of the tension steel cable within the set range.
Lightning arrester: its function is to prevent thunderstorms and lightning from damage to the tension fence system, and play a protective role.
3.3 Front-end electronics
Composed of a tension module and a tension controller: the function of the tension module is to accept the load of the tension cable, and the initial force load should be adjusted within the set range.
The tension controller is to judge the force load value of the tension module. If the value exceeds the set value or is lower than the set value, it will be converted into an alarm signal output.
